4. How Academy of Bioelectric Meridian Massage Australia stores your personal information

An “identifier” is a unique identification number assigned to you by the Commonwealth Government or by a Commonwealth Government Agency. An example of an “identifier” is your tax file number or Medicare number. We do not use identifiers to identify your personal information in our systems and databases.
7. Overseas transfers of personal information
We do not currently transfer your personal information overseas. If we decide to do so in the future, we will only transfer your personal information overseas if:
(a) we reasonably believe the recipient of the information is bound (by law or contract) by principles similar to the NPPs;
(b) you have consented to the transfer;
(c) the transfer is necessary for us to provide you with a service;
(d) it is not practical to obtain your consent, the transfer is for your benefit and you would be likely to provide consent; or
(e) we have taken reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information will not be held, used or disclosed by the recipient in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy and the NPPs.
8. Online dealings with us
We take reasonable steps to maintain the security of cookies and personal information in accordance with our Website Terms of Use. If your browser is suitably encrypted, it will advise you whether the information you are sending us will be secure (encrypted) or unsecured (unencrypted).
Your credit card details are not stored by the Academy of Bioelectric Meridian Massage Australia.
